Hosted by XPRENEURS Incubator and the Technical University of Munich, the first week of the program was a powerful mix of nature, networking, and next-gen food system thinking.
We started with a symbolic hike from Schliersee to Tegernsee and next stop: TUM Venture Labs in Freising – where we met with corporate leaders, mentors, and ecosystem experts to explore collaboration opportunities around supply chain transparency, climate resilience, and sustainable innovation. Special thanks to partners from Südzucker Group, Bayer | Crop Science , Dr. Oetker, Bayerische Landesanstalt für Landwirtschaft (LfL), and others for your openness and valuable insights.
We closed the week with an essential conversation around mental health and leadership in the startup world, led by Till A. Kaestner. A timely reminder that resilience starts from within.
