Our collaborative research paper, ‘Cloud-to-Edge Security Orchestration for Critical Food Supply Chains: The ACT4FOOD Case Study’, has been accepted for presentation at the CRSN EU Symposium 2026 as part of the IEEE CloudCom 2026 conference.
As food supply chains become increasingly digital and interconnected, cybersecurity and operational resilience are critical priorities.
Developed within the ACT4FOOD European research project framework, the paper introduces a cloud-to-edge cybersecurity architecture designed to strengthen the security and resilience of critical food supply chains.
The research explores how AI-based anomaly detection, threat intelligence, coordinated security operations, and blockchain-supported traceability contribute to more secure and trustworthy food supply chain ecosystems.
We’re proud that Panagiotis Tsakanikas and Vlasis Tsezos from Agritrack SA contributed to this collaborative research alongside experts from Creme Global, Innov-acts, and Montimage.
