TUNA 2026 in Bangkok!

Agritrack SA participated in the Sustainability, Certification & Social Accountability panel at INFOFISH ‘s 19th Global Tuna Trade Conference, TUNA 2026, alongside Linda Wood (FIFST), Nicolas Guichoux, Paolo Bray, Luciano Pirovano, Melanie Siggs and @Karine Young.

Special thanks to Gemma Meermans Matainaho, Sharmaine Siaguru-Gauthier, LRQA, EiQ by LRQA and Susan Jackson.

During the panel, Vlasis Tsezos presented “Digital Traceability as an Enabler of Sustainability, Certification & Market Access”. The key message was simple: much of the information needed across seafood supply chains already exists, but it is often fragmented across documents, systems and organisations.

AI can help capture, structure and validate this information. At the same time, standards such as Global Dialogue on Seafood Traceability (GDST) and EPCIS can make the resulting data interoperable and reusable across compliance, certification, sustainability and market-access requirements.

Capture once. Validate once. Use everywhere.

Many thanks to INFOFISH, Marine Stewardship Council (MSC), Bolton Food Products Ltd, Agritrack SA, Friend of the Sea, Fisheries Transparency Initiative (FiTI), Community Catch.
